Role Overview We are looking for a Functional Analyst with a strong understanding of financial crime compliance systems, specifically Oracle FCCM (Mantas). This role bridges the gap between business stakeholders and the technical team, ensuring that regulatory and operational needs are clearly defined and successfully implemented.   Key Responsibilities Gather and analyze business requirements from compliance teams and stakeholders. Act as a liaison between business users and developers to ensure accurate implementation. Conduct detailed functional analysis related to financial crime and compliance monitoring. Assist in test planning and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) from a business perspective. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business objectives. Prepare and deliver documentation, reports, and presentations for senior stakeholders. Develop domain knowledge in AML, KYC, and compliance processes relevant to the financial sector.   Requirements 8+ years of experience in business/functional analysis within technology projects. 3–5 years of experience with Oracle FCCM (Mantas), especially rule configuration and case management. Experience in stakeholder management and working with compliance/risk teams. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Detail-oriented with a structured approach to problem-solving. Familiarity with data analysis tools or SQL is a plus.
