Are you an experienced Business Analyst with deep expertise in the pharmaceutical commercial domain? We’re looking for a dynamic professional who can bridge business needs with technology, drive cross-functional initiatives, and support CRM-driven commercial operations.

🔍 What We’re Looking For: ✔️ Mandatory Pharma Commercial domain experience ✔️ Strong hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) – implementation, migration & operational support ✔️ Experience with Veeva CRM / Vault is a strong plus ✔️ Proven ability in product management, requirement gathering, and cross-functional collaboration ✔️ Experience in data lifecycle management ✔️ Analytical mindset with familiarity in data analytics; SQL proficiency is a plus
