🚀 Hiring Founding Engineers – AI powered mobile development startup 📍 Paris until September 2026 then London 💼 In person only

My colleague Mohammed Khaleed at MBN Solutions is supporting an early stage startup that has just raised $4.1 million and is building AI tools that let teams ship new mobile app features in a single day. No long dev cycles, no waiting for engineering bandwidth, just rapid build, test and deploy.

They’re now hiring Founding Engineers to join the core team. What they’re looking for • Early stage or zero to one startup experience • Someone who has trained and deployed NLP models, including BERT and other pre LLM approaches • Strong experience with modern LLMs and fine tuning, including GPT, Claude and LLaMA • Bonus: AI engineering, infra, SRE or mobile dev experience • High energy, resilience and a genuine interest in building hard things • Graduates and early career engineers welcome if you can show strong capability and initiative

Tech stack Kubernetes, GCP, AWS, Python, pytorch, tensorflow, LLMs and agentic systems.

Culture and setup This is a fully in person role. You’ll join the team in Paris, with accommodation provided. The company will relocate to London in 2026 and you’ll move with them. Visa sponsorship available.
