We are specifically looking for dubbing (lip sync) services, all translation and post-production is done by our teams. Therefore, for each drama we would provide your team with everything already translated into Indonesian (by professional human translators), including:

video files of the drama episodes, an excel document containing the entire time-stamped script and information about the characters, SRT file with the subtitles of each episode. All episodes of a series are provided together in a batch, alongside the respective script. We request the voice over to be lip synced, but otherwise do not have any specific technical requirements. In turn, your team would have to deliver:

the clean vocal tracks, the combined dialogue tracks (only voices, not the final mix with other sounds and music), the SRT file modified for any changes to the original script done during the dubbing process. In terms of the collaboration process, we operate on a weekly schedule. After providing all necessary materials, the final audio and SRT files must usually be submitted within seven working days (specific timelines depend on each project, but in general our clients are very strict about deadlines). Voice over teams can determine their own capacity by selecting how many dramas they can handle per week. At the initial stage of the collaboration, we usually give new teams between 3 to 4 dramas per month (equivalent to 300 to 400 minutes), and this number can increase as projects are delivered successfully.

Payment can be made either via Paypal or bank transfer, at the studios convenience. Detailed information about the invoicing process will be supplied before starting the collaboration and signing the contract, but basically the studio needs to send us the PO document for us to process the transaction. The total amount of all projects completed in a month are transferred together the following month (around the 15th-20th) in order to limit managerials and transaction fees.

Finally, before officially assigning each project, we request a brief audition for the client. This allows them to confirm that they are happy with your studio's style and quality. The audition consists of a 3-4 minute sample based on a provided video file (comprising two episodes). We ask that studios deliver this sample within three days. Once submitted, we will forward it to the client for review. If approved, your team will be immediately assigned the project.
