Job Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field. • (2) to (3) years of proven experience in B2B sales, business development, (preferably in [industry sector, e.g., Trading, Service ). • Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and negotiation strategies. • Experience in preparing and delivering sales pitches and proposals. • Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with decision-makers. • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM tools. • Analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail. • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work under pressure. • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. • Strong negotiation and closing skills. • Proactive and target-driven. • High level of integrity and professionalism. • Adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. • Team player with a collaborative approach.

Job Descriptions • Identify, prospect, and secure new B2B clients through networking, cold calling, and presentations. • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts. • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends. • Prepare and deliver professional sales proposals, quotations, and contracts. • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns, promotions, and branding activities tailored for B2B clients. • Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements to close profitable deals. • Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. • Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and CRM updates. • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities. • Provide customer feedback to support product/service development.
