Job Title: UI/UX Designer Location: Plano, Texas Rate: $70 to $ 75/hr Years of Experience: 7 to 10 Years Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled UI/UX Designer with a strong emphasis on UX Design to join our dynamic team in Plano, Texas. The ideal candidate will have 7 10 years of experience in the field, demonstrating a deep understanding of user centered design principles and methodologies. You will be responsible for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences across various digital platforms, ensuring that our products not only meet user needs but also exceed their expectations.

Responsibilities: Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions. Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design ideas. Collaborate with cross functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to create cohesive and user friendly interfaces. Utilize analytics and user feedback to iterate on designs and improve user experience continuously. Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our products remain competitive. Mentor junior designers and contribute to the overall growth of the design team. Mandatory Skills: Proven experience in UX Design, with a strong portfolio showcasing user centered design projects. Expertise in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar. Strong understanding of user research methodologies and usability testing. Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that effectively communicate design concepts. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to stakeholders. Preferred Skills: Experience with front end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in a fast paced environment. Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices in UI/UX design. Experience in designing for mobile applications and responsive web design. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Design, Human Computer Interaction, or a related field. 7 10 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a strong focus on UX. A robust portfolio that demonstrates your design process and problem solving skills.
