Education and qualification required: Three-to-four years’ education at a University or other specialized higher education establishment. ITIL Certification   Experience required: At least three years in the area in question. Ten years’ experience in the area is required if the post holder does not have the required level of education.   languages: Working knowledge of English is required. Fluency in English is highly desirable. Proficiency in a second official languages of the Organization (Arabic, French or Spanish) would be an additional asset.   Specific skills for the position:   Required: AI and Automation: knowledge of AI and automation technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and robotic process automation Data Analysis: ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to inform business decisions Business Intelligence: knowledge of business intelligence tools and technologies, including data visualization and reporting Automation: knowledge of automation technologies, including robotic process automation and workflow automation   Desirable: Machine Learning: knowledge of machine learning algorithms and techniques, including supervised and unsupervised learning Natural Language Processing: knowledge of NLP techniques and technologies, including text analysis and sentiment analysis Data Science: knowledge of data science concepts and techniques, including wrangling, visualization, and modeling
