𝐃𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐬 𝐢𝐧𝐟𝐨, Industry: Comestic Distribution Location: Sanchaung Township Working Hour: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Monday to Saturday) Off day: Sunday & Public Holidays Benefits: Ferry provided (Pick-up Point) + Other Allowance + OT

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬: 1. Social Media Management • Plan, create, and schedule content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms. • Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build an active beauty community. • Collaborate with influencers and beauty creators to promote the products. 2. Content Creation • Develop high-quality graphics, short videos, and product showcases. • Coordinate product photography, styling, and makeup demo content. • Ensure brand consistency and follow the brand guidelines. 3. Digital Advertising • Manage and optimize Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads. • Monitor ad performance and adjust targeting, creatives, and budgets. • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports. 4. E-Commerce & Online Sales Support • Update product listings, descriptions, and visuals on online stores (e.g., shop.com, e-commerce platforms). • Work with sales teams to plan online promotions and campaigns. • Track conversions and improve online shopping experience. 5. Campaign Planning & Execution • Execute seasonal beauty campaigns, product launches, and promotions. • Coordinate with makeup artists, event teams, and retailers. • Analyze campaign results and recommend improvements. 6. Market & Trend Research • Monitor competitor activities and emerging beauty trends. • Gather insights on consumer preferences in the cosmetics market. • Suggest new digital strategies to raise brand visibility.

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing (beauty industry is a plus). • Strong skills in content creation, social media management, and digital ads. • Familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, video editing apps, and analytics tools. • Good communication skills and creative thinking. • Passionate about beauty, cosmetics, and makeup trends. • Experience working with influences and KOLs. • Basic knowledge of SEO and website analytics. • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
