As Aive scales globally, Customer Success plays a strategic role : ensuring customers fully unlock the power of the platform, scale their usage, and create measurable impact

We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager with a strong SaaS background and a startup / scale-up mindset, who : 🤝 Has solid experience in Customer Success, onboarding and user adoption 🤝 Understands SaaS platforms and complete product workflows 🤝 Has a strong sensitivity to creativity, video and content ecosystems 🤝 Understands the realities of brands, agencies and media networks 🤝 Knows how to guide users from first value to advanced, expert usage

You’ll work directly with me and the sales team, closely aligned with product, to structure onboarding, education and best practices, with a clear ambition : help every Aive customer reach an advanced, confident and expert level of usage, and naturally become an ambassador of the platform
