Our team is growing, and we’re looking for an Employee Benefits Account Coordinator to support our clients and Client Relationship Managers across new and renewal accounts. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working collaboratively, we’d love to hear from you! ⭐ What You’ll Do In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring a smooth and accurate experience for our clients by: Client & Producer Support Leading the marketing process: requesting census data, preparing RFPs, and confirming commission levels. Managing quotes, carrier proposals, and applications through completion. Preparing marketing and renewal worksheets and broker-of-record letters. Carrier Coordination & Administration Communicating with carriers to confirm plans, rates, commissions, and enrollment materials. Processing enrollments and preparing termination letters as needed. Reviewing contracts, policies, booklets, and bills to ensure accuracy. Supporting Compliance in preparing Wrap documents and SPD manuals. Organization & Internal Support Maintaining organized electronic and hard-copy files for renewals, new business, and meeting notes. Keeping contact information updated in Outlook and our agency management system. Staying current on industry trends and contributing to ongoing enhancements in client services. 🔍 What We’re Looking For Experience in employee benefits (required). Active Life & Health license or willingness to obtain one. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Excellent organizational, project management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
