This strategic leadership role is based in Kyrgyzstan and oversees the full lifecycle of renewable assets across multiple international markets—covering development, investment, construction, and operations.

We are searching for a seasoned leader with: ✔ 15+ years in energy/infrastructure, including 8+ years in senior leadership ✔ Strong experience in solar, wind, and BESS project development ✔ Solid track record in PPA, EPC, project financing, and international partnerships ✔ Ability to lead large, multicultural teams and drive global expansion ✔ Excellent English proficiency (Chinese/Russian/Spanish is a plus)
