Introducing Soft Launch Studio, a digital-first marketing agency built to help brands soft launch and hit hard. 🚀

We’re starting small but thinking big — and I’m now looking for a few creative minds to join the founding team.

We’re hiring: 🎨 Creative Designer Design branding kits, logos, and social media creatives. Create ad visuals, campaign layouts, and aesthetic feeds. Work closely with strategy to maintain brand consistency across clients. Strong command over Canva, Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop, and an eye for trends & minimal design.

📱 Social Media Manager / Content Strategist Plan monthly content calendars and campaign ideas. Write engaging captions, hooks, and copy for posts & ads. Manage scheduling, posting, and engagement for client pages. Collaborate with the design team to align visuals and copy. Understand analytics, trends, and platform algorithms.

📊 Paid Ads Specialist (Freelance) Plan, launch, and optimize ad campaigns across Meta and Google. Set up pixels, build custom & lookalike audiences, track conversions. Share weekly performance reports and insights. Must have prior experience managing ad budgets and achieving ROI.

🌱 Marketing Interns (1–2) Research trends, competitors, and content ideas. Assist in writing captions and brainstorming campaign concepts. Support social media scheduling and admin tasks.
