💼 What you’ll take on:  • Connecting with patients, providers, and insurance partners through inbound/outbound calls  • Navigating EMRs like Cerner, Epic, AthenaHealth, and NextGen  • Verifying insurance coverage and eligibility  • Coordinating appointments, managing records, and keeping communication flowing  • Supporting care plans, admissions, new patient intake, and triage  • Upholding HIPAA standards with utmost professionalism  • Serving as a trusted liaison between patients and medical teams

✨ What makes you a great fit:  • Excellent English communication skills  • 1–2 years in a medical-related field  • Familiarity with medical terminology  • Healthcare degree preferred  • Organized, detail-oriented, impartial, and tech-savvy  • Comfortable working night shift
