About the Position We are looking for a creative, organized, and digitally savvy Social Media Specialist to manage the company’s social media activities.

Job Description 1. Content Planning & Creation - Develop content concepts (photos, videos, captions, copywriting). - Create weekly and monthly content plans and content calendars. - Conduct research on trends and generate relevant content ideas.

2. Social Media Management - Manage and publish content across various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.). - Maintain consistent visual identity and brand tone across all channels. - Schedule posts and ensure all content is published on time.

3. Engagement & Community Handling - Respond to comments, direct messages, and inquiries from followers. - Build strong relationships with online communities and increase organic engagement. - Monitor conversations and sentiment related to the brand.

4. Monitoring & Reporting - Track content and account performance (reach, engagement, growth). - Prepare regular weekly/monthly reports and provide improvement recommendations.

Qualifications - Minimum 1 year of experience in social media (fresh graduates are welcome to apply). - Creative, communicative, and up-to-date with digital trends. - Basic design or editing skills (Canva/CapCut preferred). - Able to work under deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
