Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced and highly organised Head of Personal Secretary to provide top-level administrative support to our senior leadership team. As a key member of the executive office, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities, managing complex schedules, and maintaining confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and making travel arrangements. 2. Manage and maintain complex calendars, ensuring timely and efficient scheduling of meetings, appointments, and events. 3. Develop and implement effective filing systems, both physical and digital, to ensure easy retrieval of documents. 4. Prepare and edit confidential documents, reports, and presentations. 5. Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and vendors. 6. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

1.MBA with 5+ years of experience and has understanding of Project Management. 2. Strong organisational, time management, and communication skills. 3. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. 4. Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

Nice to Have:

1. Experience with calendar management tools 2. Knowledge of document management systems (e.g., SharePoint, Dropbox). 3. Familiarity with CRM software
