We are working on an early-stage startup idea and are looking to build a strong tech founding team. We are hiring 4 highly skilled and talented developers who are passionate about building products from scratch.

🔍 Roles Required - Web Developer (Frontend / Full Stack) - Mobile App Developer (Android / iOS / Cross-platform) - Backend Developer (APIs, Databases, Architecture)

Candidates may be students or working professionals — Degree does NOT matter. Skills and mindset DO.

💼 Engagement Type - Equity-based partnership - Proper legal agreement will be provided - Ideal for those looking to become a core team member / co-founder-level role

🛠 Skills We Care About - Strong hands-on development experience - Ability to build scalable and secure applications - Problem-solving mindset - Commitment and ownership - Experience with modern tech stacks is a plus

📋 Selection Process - Round 1: One-to-one interview call - Round 2: Face-to-face discussion in Gurgaon - Detailed roles, responsibilities, and equity structure will be discussed during interviews.
