✨ What You’ll Do: • Analyze client needs and recommend the right coverage • Sell insurance solutions to individuals and businesses • Build long-term client relationships • Educate clients on policy options and benefits • Support clients through the claims process • Collaborate with a supportive, growth-focused team

🎯 What We’re Looking For: • Sales experience (insurance experience preferred) • Strong communication and people skills • Ability to recommend solutions with confidence • Organized and comfortable with sales tools/technology • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
