This is a remote role for someone residing in the DFW metro, as we will be meeting occasionally for meetings, festivities, networking events etc.

Ideally this person will have a collaborative spirit with a drive to meet and exceed placement goals.

What You'll Do: • Source Talent: Identify and engage passive and active candidates for high-demand technology roles (Software Developers, Data Analysts, Infrastructure Specialists, etc.). • Candidate Screening: Conduct initial interviews to assess technical aptitude, cultural fit, and career goals. • Market Mapping: Become an expert in the DFW tech landscape, learning which companies are hiring and what skills are in demand. • Build Relationships: Maintain strong connections with candidates as we build out our DFW pipeline.
