What We’re Looking For:

✅ Strong video editing fundamentals ✅ Motion graphics & text animation skills ✅ Good sense of storytelling, pacing & visuals ✅ Experience with long-form & short-form content (YouTube / Reels / Shorts) ✅ Ability to follow references and deliver consistent quality ✅ Deadline-focused & professional attitude

Software Knowledge (Preferred):

• Premiere Pro • After Effects • DaVinci Resolve • CapCut / Alight motion (for short-term, if needed)
