System Engineer – IAM Location: Baltimore County (Local candidates only, no relocation) Duration: 6 months Work Mode: Hybrid (4 days remote, 1 day onsite) Interview: In-person Key Requirements: Minimum 2 years’ experience in IAM (design, implementation, maintenance). Experience integrating COTS software into existing architectures. Strong knowledge of Windows server administration, SDLC, virtual servers (VMWare, Hyper-V), IIS, scripting, and automation. Excellent communication skills: ability to clearly articulate technical issues and collaborate with users, vendors, peers, and management at all levels. Skilled in project management, documentation, and working independently with minimal supervision. Ability to engage clients at business and technical levels, providing feedback, discussing risks, and suggesting solutions. Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines. Education: Associate’s degree in Computer Science or related field + 2 years relevant experience.
