🚀 Hiring: AI Product Manager – Conversational AI / CX We’re looking for an AI Product Manager to own and evolve conversational AI experiences across voice and chat platforms used at scale. This role focuses on agentic AI behavior, conversational design, and real-world execution — not ML research or engineering.

Key focus areas: • Conversational architecture & prompt strategy • Zero-Touch Resolution / first-contact resolution • Agentic AI workflows + business logic (APIs, transactions) • Transcript analysis, A/B testing, continuous optimization • Platforms like Dialogflow, Lex, Amelia, SoundHound
