Chinese Translator Job

‼️ We’re Hiring | Translator & Assistant (Chinese ⇄ English)‼️

We are looking for a Translator & Assistant who is fluent in Chinese and English to join our growing team.

📍 Work Mode: ✅ Currently Remote 🏢 Will transition to In-Office in the future (candidates must be open to relocation when required)

💼 Role Overview

The role primarily involves translating Chinese ↔ English (written & verbal) and assisting supervisors with daily coordination and assigned tasks.

💰 Compensation

Onsite (Future): • Chinese Nationals: AED 10,000 + AED 1,000 living allowance + company accommodation • Non-Chinese: AED 8,000 + AED 1,000 living allowance + company accommodation

Remote (Current): • 1,500 USDT

🕒 Working Hours & Offs

• 12 hours (including breaks) • Flexible working hours (as per leadership schedule) • 3–4 flexible offs per month

🎁 Benefits

• 15 working days annual leave • Flight reimbursement up to AED 2,500 • If annual leave not taken: Double salary for 15 days + AED 2,500 flight cash compensation • Public holidays as per nationality (China / UAE)

🏠 Accommodation (Onsite)

• Company-arranged shared accommodation • Utilities self-paid and managed within living allowance
