‼️ HIRING: Video Editor VA ‼️

We’re looking for a skilled and creative Video Editor Virtual Assistant to support our content team by repurposing long-form videos into engaging, high-performing short-form content. This role is ideal for someone who understands social media trends, pacing, hooks, and branded storytelling. You will primarily focus on creating 6–8 short-form videos per day, ensuring consistent quality, strong hooks, and alignment with our brand style.

Key Responsibilities • Repurpose long-form content into 6–8 short-form videos daily • Add branded captions and on-screen text • Create strong hooks within the first 3 seconds • Ensure clean pacing, smooth cuts, and visual polish • Apply brand style guidelines consistently • Edit content optimized for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook • Organise project files and follow naming conventions • Collaborate with the content and account management team • Make revisions based on feedback • Export videos in required formats and dimensions • Maintain turnaround times and content deadlines • Perform basic quality checks before submission • Ad hoc video editing tasks as needed

Qualifications • Proven experience as a video editor (short-form content preferred) • Strong understanding of social media trends and viral content formats • Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro (preferred) or equivalent editing software • Experience with captioning styles and subtitle templates • High attention to detail and storytelling flow • Ability to follow brand guidelines and creative direction • Excellent time management and ability to handle volume work • Reliable internet connection and home workspace
