🇺🇸 #HIRING – Full Stack Developer 📍 Austin, Texas — Hybrid

We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer to join a growing engineering team responsible for building and scaling business-critical web applications. This role requires someone comfortable owning features end-to-end, from backend services to frontend user experiences, while working closely with product, design, and infrastructure teams.

What you’ll do: ▪ Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications used by internal and external users ▪ Build backend services, APIs, and integrations that support high-volume usage ▪ Develop responsive, user-friendly frontend interfaces aligned with UI/UX designs ▪ Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions ▪ Work with DevOps and Cloud teams to deploy and maintain applications in production ▪ Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability ▪ Write clean, testable, and well-documented code following engineering best practices ▪ Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and architecture discussions ▪ Troubleshoot production issues and implement long-term fixes

Requirements: ▪ 4–6 years experience as a Full Stack Developer or Software Engineer ▪ Strong experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node.js ▪ Experience building RESTful APIs and backend services ▪ Solid understanding of relational databases and SQL ▪ Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably AWS ▪ Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments ▪ Must be Texas-based

Preferred: ▪ Experience with microservices architecture ▪ Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines ▪ Familiarity with frontend performance optimization ▪ Prior hybrid work experience

Compensation & Benefits: 💵 $120,000–$155,000/year (depending on experience) 🎯 401(k), healthcare, paid leave, performance bonuses, learning & certification support 🏢 Hybrid — Austin office with flexible remote days
