English-French Localization Specialist – AI Model Training & Evaluation （based in Hangzhou , China）   Key Responsibilities • Translation Quality Evaluation: Assess the quality of English-French translations generated by large language models, following established evaluation guidelines. • Error Identification and Correction: Detect translation inaccuracies and provide precise, contextually appropriate English-French translations. • Model Fine-Tuning: Utilize high-quality English-French translations as examples to fine-tune large language models, enhancing AI translation capabilities for consistent, accurate outputs across product and promotional content. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with AI engineers and content creators to seamlessly integrate translation solutions into workflows.   Qualifications • Native French speaker with a deep understanding of cultural and linguistic nuances. • Proficient in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills to evaluate and deliver accurate translations. • Proven experience in professional translation or localization; prior work in these areas is preferred. • Familiarity with large language models and their applications in translation is a plus. • Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail, with the ability to identify, evaluate, and correct translation errors effectively.
