📌 Role Details Position: Social Media Content Specialist Job Type: Full-time (Independent Contractor) Location: 100% Remote (Global) Salary: $1,000 – $1,200 USD/month Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (MST)

🛠️ What You’ll Do Create 2 original posts daily across company and founder brand accounts Edit short-form videos (9–15 sec), carousels, memes, and static posts Publish and schedule content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, GMB, Pinterest, Yelp & Nextdoor Engage with comments and DMs within 4 business hours Maintain a weekly content calendar and performance report Collaborate closely with leadership in weekly review sessions

✅ What We’re Looking For 2+ years experience in social media content creation Strong short-form video editing skills (CapCut preferred) Proficiency with Canva (Photoshop is a plus) Excellent written English and platform-specific tone adaptation Highly organized with strong attention to visual detail

⭐ Nice to Have Experience with home services or real estate brands Comfort with meme-style or trend-based content Familiarity with North American audiences
