We’re looking for a Senior Paid Social Strategist to join a boutique performance marketing agency based in California, focused on scaling DTC / e-commerce brands across the US.

This is a hands-on, senior-level role for someone who loves owning accounts, scaling spend, and working closely with clients.

⚡ What we’re looking for: ▪️ 4+ years of experience in Paid Social ▪️ Strong expertise in Meta Ads (core channel) + TikTok Ads ▪️ Experience managing $1M+ monthly ad spend ▪️ Background working with DTC / e-commerce brands ➕ Nice to have: experience with Northbeam, TripleWhale, Funnel.io, or Motion

💼 Role details: 🔹 100% remote (US-based) 🔹 Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8am – 5pm PST (flexible time zone) 🔹 Compensation: $90-120K base salary + performance-based incentives 🔹 Unlimited PTO, 60-70% of healthcare coverage for a mid-tiered PPO plan 🔹Contract Type: W-2
