**What You'll Own:** - Act as the **Editor-in-Chief** of our public voice — owning social handles, PR, earned media, and cultural relevance. - Lead **integrated brand campaigns** for flagship launches, regional expansion, and national moments with emotional depth and scalability. - Set creative standards, govern visual identity, storytelling, and ensure respectful representation of regional cultures. - Be the **brand conscience** — collaborating cross-functionally with Content, Product, Performance, and CRM teams to balance long-term equity with commercial goals.

**We're Looking For:** - Proven experience in **Brand Strategy & Positioning**, Earned Media, PR, and Integrated Campaigns. - Strong cultural judgment — knowing when to speak, when to stay silent, and how to make the brand feel authentic with cultural, not just promotional. - Leaders who thrive in startups, create impact without big teams/budgets, and see brand & performance as partners, not opposites.

**This Role is NOT For:** - Execution-only social media managers - Brand marketers without commercial accountability - Those who view brand and performance as opposing forces
