Human Capital HR Solutions (HC) is hiring on behalf of a fast-growing startup IT client. We are looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer who is passionate about building high-quality, user-centric web and mobile applications and enjoys working in a collaborative, product-driven environment.

𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰: The Senior Frontend Engineer will be responsible for developing and maintaining scalable frontend applications for web and mobile platforms. This role requires strong UI/UX understanding, hands-on coding expertise, and close collaboration with backend and product teams.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬: ✅ Develop and maintain frontend applications for web and mobile platforms ✅ Convert product requirements and UI/UX designs into functional components ✅ Ensure performance, responsiveness, and cross-platform compatibility ✅ Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs ✅ Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code ✅ Review code and mentor junior frontend engineers ✅ Collaborate closely with product managers and backend teams

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬: ✅ 3–4 years of professional frontend development experience ✅ Strong experience with modern frameworks (React, React Native, Next.js) ✅ Experience in both web and mobile application development ✅ Good understanding of state management (Redux, Context API) and component-based architecture ✅ Familiarity with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility ✅ Experience using Git in team-based environments

𝐍𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐇𝐚𝐯𝐞: ✅ Experience with design systems or UI libraries ✅ Knowledge of frontend performance optimization ✅ Exposure to startup or product-driven environments
