Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to lead our brand’s online presence across all major platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing social media strategies that align with business goals, enhance brand awareness, engage audiences, and drive measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to strengthen brand presence.

Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, videos, stories, etc.) across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and YouTube.

Monitor audience engagement, trends, and analytics to refine strategy and improve performance.

Collaborate with creative, content, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency.

Manage paid campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and performance analysis.

Track KPIs and prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

Engage with followers, respond to queries, and manage online reputation.

Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, tools, and trends.

Coordinate influencer partnerships and collaborations when required.

Support brand campaigns and product launches through creative storytelling.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

2–5 years of proven experience managing social media for brands or agencies.

Strong understanding of platform algorithms and analytics tools (Meta Suite, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, etc.).

Excellent copywriting, visual, and storytelling skills.

Creative mindset with attention to detail and a good sense of aesthetics.

Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and adapt to fast-paced environments.

Experience with performance marketing or influencer management is a plus.
