Business Development Specialist (Hybrid, New York, NY)

Join a top law firm’s Capital Markets business development team and play a visible role in winning new work, strengthening key client relationships, and elevating the practice’s market presence.

In this role, you’ll partner closely with the Associate Director, Capital Markets to lead RFPs, pitches, and proposal development, refresh and improve pitch templates and content, and craft tailored messaging that clearly communicates the firm’s differentiators. You’ll also support client targeting and cross-selling initiatives, coordinate profile-raising opportunities (speaking, sponsorships, PR, social), and help plan and execute client events while tracking engagement and outcomes in the CRM.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree; 3–6 years of business development/marketing experience in a law firm or professional services environment; strong PowerPoint/Word/Excel; familiarity with InterAction and/or Foundation preferred; excellent writing/proofreading, project management, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
