Two full-time, on-site roles are open at our marketing agency in Mohandessin (Giza). Responsibilities are listed first, followed by requirements for each role.

Social Media Manager (On-site | Full-time | Mohandessin) Responsibilities Own social media strategy and execution across assigned client accounts.

Build and manage content calendars; schedule and publish across platforms.

Manage community engagement (comments/inbox) and handle escalations when needed.

Track KPIs, share insights, and continuously optimize content performance.

Coordinate with designers/video editors to deliver assets on time and on-brand.

Support paid social tasks when required (briefs, copy direction, optimization notes).

Requirements 2+ years in social media management (agency/multi-client is a plus).

Strong platform knowledge (Instagram/TikTok/Facebook/LinkedIn) and content formats.

Organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable handling multiple accounts.

Analytical mindset with reporting/insights experience.

Strong communication skills and professional client handling.

Content Writer (On-site | Full-time | Mohandessin) Responsibilities Write marketing copy for social captions, ads, websites/landing pages, blogs, and emails.

Research topics and adapt messaging to different industries and audiences.

Edit and proofread to maintain quality, clarity, and consistent brand voice.

Deliver content aligned with briefs, campaign goals, and deadlines.

Apply basic SEO practices to web/blog content when needed.

Requirements 2+ years of content writing/copywriting with a strong portfolio.

Excellent English writing, editing, and proofreading.

Ability to switch tone/style across different brands.

Strong research skills and attention to detail.

SEO knowledge is a plus.
