What You’ll Be Doing 📖 Create clear, accurate, and concise technical content across a variety of formats—from API guides to user manuals and release notes. 🔍 Investigate and simplify intricate subjects using specs and hands‑on product insights. ✍️ Design and publish polished technical assets: UI text, workflows, support articles, training materials, visuals, blogs, videos, and more. 🗂 Own—and deliver—doc projects from start to finish, aligned with product timelines and stakeholder needs. 🆚 Resolve conflicting requirements, track progress via defect systems, and ensure accuracy and quality aligned with style standards. 🛠 Validate content by hands‑on testing of described procedures. 🎯 Maintain consistency in graphics, layout, terminology, and formatting, aligning with content lifecycle processes.

Who You Are -You hold an Engineering, English, or comparable degree—and back it up with strong writing skills. -You bring a sharp eye for grammar and organization, with a knack for analytical thinking and collaboration. -You thrive independently, adept at structured or minimalist writing approaches. -You’re tech-savvy and can learn authoring tools like Oxygen, Illustrator, Acrobat—or similar—quickly.
