Urgently looking : #Technical Writer/ #Senior Technical Writer Location: #Austin, TX (Hybrid/On-site) Type – #Full-Time Permanent

Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain technical documentation for internal developers and cross-functional teams, including: Onboarding and user guides System architecture overviews How-to articles, FAQs, and release notes Configuration and conceptual documentation Partner with engineers, PMs, and QA to define and fulfill documentation needs. Translate complex software systems and APIs into understandable content. Maintain style guides, templates, and consistent documentation standards. Manage documentation lifecycle — updates, version control, and feedback incorporation. Improve developer onboarding and internal user enablement.

Required Qualifications 8–12 years of technical writing experience (preferably in product-based or SaaS environments). Proven ability to document onboarding processes and cross-functional workflows. Strong technical grasp; can interpret engineering content accurately. Excellent written and verbal communication. Hands-on experience with: Confluence or Notion (must-have) Markdown / HTML / CSS (plus) FrameMaker / MadCap Flare (optional) Git or version control basics Experience in Agile/Scrum teams. Strong eye for detail and documentation quality.
