Position: Cantonese–English Interpreter (Night Shift)

Role Overview We are hiring Cantonese–English Interpreters to support real-time spoken communication between Cantonese-speaking callers and English-speaking professionals. The role requires accuracy, neutrality, and the ability to work consistently during night shifts.

Key Responsibilities 1. Interpret spoken Cantonese and English conversations in real time 2. Deliver messages accurately without adding or omitting information 3. Handle sensitive and urgent calls professionally 4. Maintain confidentiality and interpretation standards

Working Hours and Schedule 1. 8 hours per day with a 1-hour break 2. 40 hours per week, based on schedule 3. Night shift only - Shift start time between 8pm, 9pm, 10pm, 11pm, or 12am - Shift timing rotates every 3 months

Salary and Benefits 1. RM30 per hour 2. Minimum monthly salary: RM30 × 160 hours = RM4,800 3. Overtime pay: RM30 per hour - SOCSO and EPF provided - 14 days paid sick leave - 12 days annual leave 4. Selected Malaysia and US public holidays 5. Training (3 weeks of daytime training (Monday to Friday)) - Training allowance provided
