About the Role
We are looking for cybersecurity professionals to support leading frontier AI labs in training next-generation models. This role involves helping advanced AI systems reason better about cybersecurity through threat modeling, incident response, security architecture, risk assessment, and compliance frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- →Draft complex scenarios involving threat analysis, vulnerability assessment, and incident response workflows
- →Evaluate and refine AI-generated responses for technical accuracy and alignment with industry frameworks
- →Create prompt variants tailored to different contexts
- →Design examples that expose weaknesses in security reasoning
- →Ensure outputs reflect European regulatory and operational realities
- →Collaborate asynchronously with our research coordination team
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of professional experience in cybersecurity or a CISO/security leadership role
- ✓Based in an EU or UK jurisdiction with knowledge of the European threat landscape
- ✓Strong expertise in at least two domains (e.g., network security, application security, cloud security)
- ✓Familiarity with major frameworks and standards (NIST CSF, ISO 27001, MITRE ATT&CK, CIS Controls)
- ✓Ability to articulate security reasoning clearly across both technical and executive audiences
