About the Role

We are seeking experienced system operations specialists to help improve advanced AI systems. This role involves reviewing and refining AI-generated responses related to system operations, troubleshooting, and infrastructure management.

Key Responsibilities

→Review and refine AI-generated responses related to system operations, troubleshooting, and infrastructure management
→Evaluate outputs for technical accuracy, reliability, and alignment with industry best practices
→Draft realistic scenarios covering incident response, system maintenance, monitoring, automation, and optimization within diverse environments
→Assess AI reasoning for operational logic, risk management, compliance, and systems dependencies
→Identify gaps, misinterpretations, or oversimplified analysis in system operations
→Create scenario variations from the perspective of different stakeholders, such as systems administrator, operations manager, DevOps engineer, or compliance officer

Requirements

✓Systems operations specialists, administrators, DevOps engineers, SREs, or IT operations managers
✓Based in the EU or UK
✓With substantial hands-on experience in system operations, infrastructure management, cloud platforms, or related fields
✓Experienced with incident management, automation, monitoring, security, compliance, and operational best practices
✓Comfortable identifying risks, procedural flaws, or compliance issues in operational scenarios
✓Available 8 to 20 hours per week
✓Able to start in the coming weeks
