About the Role
We are looking for a SEM Manager to join our growing team at 1Password. This role focuses on owning and scaling the paid search channel as a core driver of demand generation and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the global B2B paid search strategy across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other relevant platforms
- →Develop and execute a paid search roadmap aligned to MQL, pipeline, and revenue impact
- →Responsible for ongoing keyword, audience, bidding, creative, and landing page optimization
- →Establish and execute experimentation and testing to continuously improve performance
- →Partner with analytics and revenue operations teams for accurate attribution and forecasting
- →Work closely with Marketing Analytics, Web & Content teams for alignment across messaging and conversion paths
- →Own and manage a significant paid search budget while scaling pipeline generation
- →Lead the evolution of paid search strategy as 1Password scales into new markets
Requirements
- ✓6+ years of deep, hands-on experience in Paid Search / SEM
- ✓Demonstrated experience owning paid search as a primary B2B demand generation channel
- ✓Experience connecting paid search performance to broader demand generation strategies
- ✓Experience supporting sales-led demand motions is preferred
- ✓Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
- ✓Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, GA4, SA360, and B2B attribution tools
- ✓Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
