About the Role
We are looking for a collaborative and detail-oriented Product Designer to join our rapidly growing Corporate Services Group. You'll play a key role in designing innovative products that balance user needs with business goals, contributing to the evolution of our design system.
Key Responsibilities
- →Contribute to and maintain the design system for consistency across the product suite
- →Iterate on designs based on feedback, analytics, and user insights
- →Maintain consistency in branding, UI components, flows, accessibility, and usability
- →Translate requirements into clear, user-friendly design solutions
- →Create prototypes and high-fidelity designs using Figma
- →Independently QA production builds and share results with developers
- →Partner closely with Product Managers, engineers, marketing, and compliance
- →Run user research, usability testing, and feedback loops
Requirements
- ✓Extensive UX & UI experience
- ✓Competent user of Figma, able to demonstrate developer-ready files
- ✓Strong portfolio across web, mobile, SaaS/enterprise, and platform-level design
- ✓Experience building or maintaining design systems
- ✓Experience working with MCP servers
- ✓Excellent cross-functional communication skills
- ✓Familiarity with compliance/regulatory/security constraints in product design
- ✓Strong analytical mindset, comfortable with A/B testing, metrics, and user research
