About the Role
We are looking for a UX Writer to join our team at 2Brains, a technology consulting firm that drives growth and evolution for leading organizations in Latin America. The UX Writer will design and optimize the narrative of digital products, ensuring that interface texts are clear, empathetic, actionable, and consistent with the brand's verbal identity.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design microcopy for apps, websites, and physical kiosks (Totem), guiding users through critical flows.
- →Simplify complex financial and legal concepts (Afores) into clear, close, and understandable language.
- →Define and maintain content strategy and tone of voice in omnichannel experiences (app, SMS/WhatsApp, kiosks, tickets, confirmations).
- →Work with Legal/Compliance to transform regulatory texts into clear messages without losing legal validity (CONSAR).
- →Collaborate with UX Research in reading tests, cloze tests, highlight testing, and comprehension validation.
- →Design information hierarchy for mobile interfaces and quick reading screens (kiosks).
- →Ensure semantic consistency between channels and user touchpoints.
- →Document writing criteria, style guides, and content decisions for the product.
Requirements
- ✓Content Design & Strategy: design of information hierarchy for mobile interfaces and kiosks.
- ✓Plain Language: mastery in simplifying technical and legal concepts without losing regulatory rigor.
- ✓UX Writing omnichannel: consistency between app, SMS/WhatsApp, physical kiosks, and transactional communications.
- ✓Localization and regionalisms: mastery of Mexican Spanish, oriented to mass audiences and diverse socioeconomic levels.
- ✓Testing of content: experience collaborating in comprehension and validation tests with UXR.
- ✓Solid experience (+5 years) as a UX Writer or Content Designer (ideal in banking, fintech, insurance, or mass retail).
- ✓Portfolio with measurable impact (conversion, error reduction, improvement of comprehension).
