About the Role
We are looking for a Lead Product Analyst to elevate our data culture by setting high standards for product analytics excellence. This hands-on individual contributor role will institutionalize best practices and unified methodologies across the product organization, ensuring every product analyst has the mentorship and tooling needed to turn raw data into powerful product stories.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the most complex analytical tasks within the Client Solutions roadmap
- →Lead the definition of new reporting and create visualizations and dashboards
- →Transform raw outcomes into compelling narratives that explain the "why" behind the numbers
- →Act as the voice of product analysts in front of Data PM and Data Engineering teams
- →Define requirements for data pipelines and advocate for best-in-class tools
- →Establish unified methodologies for A/B testing and KPI definitions
- →Provide technical guidance and peer reviews for analysts
- →Lead knowledge-sharing sessions to institutionalize a data-driven culture
