About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our team at Ivanti. This role focuses on building secure, cloud-native applications that power innovation for thousands of organizations worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design, develop, and maintain secure, cloud-native applications using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture on AWS or Azure.
- →Implement robust unit testing, modern DevOps practices, and efficient CI/CD pipelines for rapid, reliable software delivery.
- →Engineer solutions integrating RDBMS/NoSQL databases to maintain performance and security at a global scale.
- →Work closely with product managers, UI/UX, QA, and fellow engineers—translating customer needs into user-focused, agile deliverables.
- →Share your knowledge through leading by example, code reviews, and supporting the growth of junior engineers.
- →Help evolve our engineering standards and encourage a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and teamwork.
- →Guide the adoption of new technologies around identity management, cloud security, and DevOps toolchains.
Requirements
- ✓4+ years’ experience building and delivering complex software solutions, with a strong foundation in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices.
- ✓Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, SOA, and database technologies (both RDBMS and NoSQL).
- ✓Hands-on expertise with CI/CD, testing frameworks, Agile/Scrum, and DevOps tools.
- ✓Experience in leading or mentoring diverse engineering teams.
- ✓Excellent communicator—able to break down technical concepts and collaborate effectively.
- ✓Proven problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
- ✓Familiarity with software security standards and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus.
