About the Role
We are seeking a Strategic Projects Manager to lead organizational transformation through strategic initiatives. This role will drive Brand Excellence, Launch Excellence, and Training Development programs.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead strategic projects to drive organizational transformation
- →Manage Brand Excellence processes including 175IBP: Brand Plan and Functional Plans
- →Oversee training development strategy and implementation
- →Lead the Center of Excellence in Services for compliance and finance operations
- →Coordinate with the Director of Customer Excellence on governance models
Requirements
- ✓Proven experience leading strategic projects from planning to delivery
