Brand Manager Dermatology (m/w/d) at Abbvie

About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team in the dermatology field. This role focuses on developing and implementing marketing strategies and brand initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• →Develop marketing measures and brand strategies with the cross-functional Brand Team for successful product marketing in dermatology
• →Create strategic and tactical marketing plans to achieve annual sales and marketing goals, including launches of new indications
• →Ensure consistent implementation of the brand strategy, including definition and monitoring of strategic brand goals
• →Lead cross-functional workstreams to ensure all internal stakeholders are involved in strategy development
• →Ensure optimal physician experience (Customer Journeys) and derive appropriate activities and materials
• →Work closely with the Sales Manager and field staff, motivating and training the Infield team through conferences and other touchpoints
• →Analyze and monitor market and competitor situation, including developing strategies and measures for differentiation
• →Independently plan and manage the advertising budget in close coordination with the Finance Department
• →Effectively collaborate with external agencies to design and develop marketing materials and initiatives across multiple channels
• →Implement innovative marketing campaigns and initiatives for relevant target groups, including tailored omni-channel approaches
• →Work with the global marketing team to implement and localize global initiatives and campaigns
• →Plan, coordinate, and implement participation in events (conferences, workshops, symposia) in collaboration with the Brand Team
• →Cooperate closely with various stakeholders inside and outside the company
• →Comply with all applicable requirements, legal and regulatory requirements, including ethics and compliance procedures
