About the Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team at Greenhouse. This role focuses on building strategic partnerships with hiring managers and implementing effective recruiting strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- →Conduct critical job searches for various teams across locations, owning the process from kick-off to close
- →Understand and apply data effectively, positively impacting the Talent Acquisition team's overall metrics
- →Develop strong hiring manager partnerships and empower informed decision-making
- →Build and execute targeted sourcing strategies in adherence with our internal standards
- →Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout each of your interview processes
- →Collaborate with other members of the People team to share best practices and drive continuous improvement
- →Communicate Greenhouse's value and mission to candidates and internal stakeholders
- →Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance recruiting effectiveness
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- ✓Motivation to thrive in a dynamic environment
- ✓A strong interest in or track record of building inclusive and equitable hiring processes
- ✓Effective time management and prioritization skills
- ✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills that resonate with our brand voice
- ✓Experience hiring for G&A roles (Finance, HR, Legal, etc.), a plus
- ✓Experience using Greenhouse Recruiting in-house, strongly preferred
