About the Role
The Program Managers will be involved in managing the operational workflow and organizational aspects for the Google Shopping team in the US. This role includes coordinating across B2B and B2C workstreams, overseeing creative reviews, managing merchant approvals, coordinating internal stakeholder reviews, and ensuring the team's overall organizational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- →Serve as the organizational hub for the team, coordinating and managing the flow of work across all B2B and B2C initiatives
- →Operationalize the GTM process for B2B2C campaigns, streamlining internal tracking of assets and creative reviews
- →Maintain a holistic view of the B2B2C product roadmap
- →Plan and execute regular cadence of internal stakeholder reviews and alignment meetings
- →Implement and maintain effective project management tools and communication channels
Requirements
- ✓BA or equivalent
- ✓7-10+ years of experience in program or project management
- ✓Excellent problem-solving and written communication skills
- ✓Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional workstreams
- ✓Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- ✓Experience in coordinating compliance or review processes
