About the Role
We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join our team. This role involves leadership in financial planning, analysis, and reporting processes.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead the preparation processes for Plans and LBEs, including analytical review of deliverables and presentation of results to financial, business operations, and senior management teams.
- →Provide variance analysis of Actual results versus planning cycle and develop management reporting schedules to ensure accuracy and predictability.
- →Partner with Business Areas to identify and evaluate projects requiring financial analysis, particularly in Export Markets.
- →Co-lead with the Region North Supply team the New Demand and S&OP processes, including analytical review and presentation of results.
- →Develop and enhance expense and headcount forecasting models to support planning and LBE projections.
- →Oversee all aspects of monthly, quarterly, and annual Plans and LBEs, including P&L, headcount, balance sheet, and capital.
- →Partner with business to propose solutions for achieving budget within guidelines and operating within approved budget.
- →Support the Accounting Shared Service monthly close process to ensure complete, accurate, and timely monthly actual results.
Requirements

- ✓Knowledge of P&L, balance sheet, and capital planning
- ✓Experience with variance analysis and management reporting
