About the Role
The Finance Manager will provide financial leadership to the Regulatory Affairs team, supporting strategic planning and execution of resource and budget management. This role involves financial planning and analysis for Plan, Update, LRP, and LBE cycles.
Key Responsibilities
- →Responsible for the budget in the Plan/LRP/Update/LBE planning cycles for Regulatory Affairs, ensuring accurate expense forecasts and compliance with policy.
- →Manage financial close activities, including accruals and reclasses, and deliver monthly financial results to senior management.
- →Provide financial guidance to the Regulatory Affairs leadership team, translating plans and actions into financial impact.
- →Maintain controls to ensure asset integrity and compliance with GAAP and corporate financial policies.
- →Assist with financial aspects of key projects, systems initiatives, and integration activities.
- →Work closely with Finance and Business leaders, utilizing strong interpersonal communication and analytical skills.
- →Support leadership with process improvements and priority adjustments to achieve objectives.
- →Oversee and support the professional development of one direct report.
Requirements
- ✓Experience in financial planning and analysis within a regulatory affairs context.
- ✓Strong understanding of budget management, financial close processes, and GAAP compliance.
- ✓Ability to work with senior management and translate business plans into financial impact.
- ✓Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- ✓Experience in process improvement and performance management.
