About the Role
We are looking for an HRBP North Africa to join AbbVie. This role will serve as a trusted partner helping to shape culture across North Africa countries, support business strategies, and find and develop talent to make a remarkable impact on AbbVie and patients in North Africa.
Key Responsibilities
- →Partners with line management to provide HR support on employee requests (recruitment, retention, compensation, performance management & development)
- →Partners with employees to provide HR support on their requests (payroll, admin)
- →Implements HR strategies and provides HR solutions as a partner to the business
- →Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management
- →Supports people development initiatives across North Africa
- →Drives affiliate and functional wide projects to deliver on HR strategic initiatives
- →Ensures effective delivery of all HR programs and services
- →Trains and educates employees on HR tools and systems
- →Establishes and maintains strong relationships with key HR partners
- →Implements internal communication activities and initiatives
- →Develops proposals and recommendations to resolve important business issues
- →Serves as an extended member of brand teams to understand business needs
- →Serves as an active member of the Culture team to improve culture and employee engagement
- →Identifies opportunities to simplify HR Policies & Procedures
- →Manages HR onboarding and orientation for new employees
- →Monitors employee turnover and proposes recommendations to improve retention and engagement
- →Ensures compliance with all North Africa local country laws and regulations
- →Supports EHS activities implementation in North Africa
Requirements
- ✓Experience in HRBP role with a focus on North Africa
- ✓Strong understanding of HR practices and local regulations
- ✓Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ✓Ability to partner with various stakeholders
- ✓Experience in talent development and retention strategies
- ✓Knowledge of performance management systems
- ✓Ability to drive projects and initiatives
