About the Role
We are looking for a Key Account Manager to join our team. This role focuses on building strategic relationships with payers and providers to optimize product access and usage.
Key Responsibilities
- →Achieve a deep understanding of the complexities, pressures and opportunities associated with the decision making matrix within each account
- →Articulate predicted payer/provider and payer/provider influencer decision drivers and unmet needs to the brand teams
- →Highlight the cross-functional impacts of anticipated changes in the payer/provider environment
- →Build trusted and strategic relationships with payers/providers to anticipate access barriers
- →Identify opportunities for win-win partnerships with key accounts
- →Develop strategy and engagement plans specific to accounts
- →Negotiate, close and sign deals and support the contracting and tendering process
- →Track the execution and impact of activities and performance of key accounts
